Data collected

Hodia collects only the email addresses submitted via the waitlist signup form. No other personal data is collected at this stage.

Purpose

Your email address is used solely to notify you of the Hodia launch and send product-related communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), expressed by submitting the form.

Sub-processors

Email addresses are stored and processed by Loops.so (email infrastructure, United States). Loops.so is GDPR-compliant via standard contractual clauses (SCCs).

Usage statistics and session recordings are processed by PostHog (EU hosting, Frankfurt). No cookies are set and form fields are masked in recordings.

Retention

Your data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact: hello@hodia.app

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) as the supervisory authority.

Analytics

This site uses PostHog (EU-hosted) to measure navigation, the signup funnel, and to record anonymized sessions. Cookieless mode is enabled: nothing is stored on your device, and form fields (email included) are masked in recordings.
